1. In Item 18 of the Instruction on procedure for modification and (or) amendments in the declaration on goods after release of goods approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of May 20, 2010 No. 255 "About procedure for modification and (or) amendments in the declaration on goods after release of goods" the words "till July 1, 2012" shall be replaced with words "till July 1, 2013".
2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication and extends to the legal relationship which arose since July 1, 2012.
