In the List of the developing countries users of system of tariff preferences of the Customs union, No. 130 approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of November 27, 2009 "On single customs and tariff regulation of the Customs union of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation" to exclude the Item 65 "Netherlands Antilles".
2. This Decision becomes effective after thirty days after day of its official publication.
