LAW OF THE REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA

About entering of amendment into Article 47 of Regulations of the Parliament accepted by the Law No. 797-XIII of April 2, 1996

(as amended of the Law of the Republic of Moldova of 28.07.2016 No. 194)

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - Article 47 of Regulations of the Parliament accepted by the Law No. 797-XIII of April 2, 1996 (repeated publication: 2007, No. 50, the Art. 237), with subsequent changes to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with part (12) the following content:

"(12) If after registration in Parliament the draft of the legal act was not considered and accepted in the period of legislature during which it was registered, the legislative initiative becomes invalid.".

Art. II. Voided according to the Law of the Republic of Moldova of 28.07.2016 No. 194
