Add Item 2 of Rules of calculation of service length (length of service) for payment of the monthly allowance to salary of monthly monetary pay for service length (length of service) to the staff of the law-enforcement bodies of the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 27, 2011 N 1158 "About procedure for calculation of service length (length of service) for payment of the monthly allowance to salary of monthly monetary pay for service length (length of service) to the staff of law-enforcement bodies of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, N 1, the Art. 188), subitems "ch" and "sh" of the following content:
"w) substitutions of positions in investigating bodies and organizations of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation on which assignment of special ranks is provided;
x) substitutions of the state positions of the Russian Federation.".
2. Action of subitems "ch" and "sh" of Item 2 of Rules of calculation of service length (length of service) for payment of the monthly allowance to salary of monthly monetary pay for service length (length of service) to the staff of the law-enforcement bodies of the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 27, 2011 N 1158, extends to the legal relationship which arose since January 1, 2012.
