Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About general conscription of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic, about military and alternative services" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2009, No. 2, the Art. 116) the following changes and amendments:
1. The fourth preambles to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"Citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic irrespective of race, language, ethnic origin, political or other convictions, educations, origins, property or other status, and also other circumstances shall pass military service in Armed Forces, other military forming and state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic in which the law provides military service.".
2. In Article 1:
