1. Item 16 of the Regulations on catering services of pupils of high schools - schools of the Olympic reserve approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 12, 2008 No. 851 "About material security and catering services of pupils of high schools - schools of the Olympic reserve" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 147, 5/27836; 2010, No. 66, 5/31369) to state in the following edition:
"16. Rooms for catering services of pupils are provided to subjects of business activity according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 29, 2012 No. 150 "About some questions of lease and free use by property" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2012, No. 39, 1/13414).".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
