3. To provide to the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Tajikistan this educational institution with the corresponding educational standards, curricula and programs.
4. To the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan together with the Ministries of Education and finance since 2012 - 2013 academic years to provide the plan of enrollment of students in this educational institution.
