According to Articles 58 and 59 of the Civil code of the Republic of Tajikistan, article 56 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About regulatory legal acts" the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Transform state educational institution "Financial and Economic Institute of Tajikistan" on "Tajik State Financial and Economic University" educational institution.

2. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan together with the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan according to established procedure to resolve the organizational, legal and financial matters connected with "Tajik State Financial and Economic University" educational institution within the provided means.

3. In the fourth paragraph of Item 12 of the Provision of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of April 2, 2015 No. 187 "About the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan" to replace words "State educational institution "Financial and Economic Institute of Tajikistan" with words ""Tajik State Financial and Economic University" educational institution.
