1. Establish the prices of precious metals in products and scrap according to the price list "The Prices of the Precious Metals in Products and Scrap Which Are Bought Up at Physical Persons (except Purchase and Sale of Precious Metals by the Banking and Non-bank Credit and Financial Organizations in the form of Measuring Ingots and Coins at Physical Persons)" according to appendix.
2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of April 18, 2012 No. 24 "About price fixation on the precious metals in products and scrap which are bought up at physical persons (except purchase and sale of precious metals by the banking and non-bank credit and financial organizations in the form of measuring ingots and coins at physical persons)" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2012, No. 48, 8/25360).
3. This resolution becomes effective since June 1, 2012.
