About entering of amendments and changes into the resolution of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus of July 22, 2011 No. 111

Based on article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of May 10, 1999 "About pricing" the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for establishment and use of regulated prices (rates) approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus of July 22, 2011 No. 111 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 129, 8/24389), the following amendments and changes:

1.1. to add part one of item 4 with the offer of the following content: "At the same time producers can realize remaining balance of earlier manufactured goods at the prices established at the time of their sale.";

1.2. add Item 5 with part three of the following content:

"Expenses on packing (the cost of packaging materials at the acquisition price, the salary of the workers making packing on social needs, depreciation of the equipment) in one-time packaging materials which use is allowed by technical regulatory legal acts treat the importer on increase in the selling price created according to part one of this Item with assignments.";

1.3. the second Item 8 to state part in the following edition:

"Approval of the economic calculations proving the level of the applied prices (rates) by individual entrepreneurs, and also the legal entities applying simplified taxation system is not obligatory.";
