About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About pipeline transport" concerning reforming of oil and gas complex

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About pipeline transport" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1996, No. 29, Art. 139; 2007, No. 13, Art. 135; 2009, No. 28, Art. 354; 2011, No. 30, Art. 278; with the changes made by the Law of Ukraine of December 22, 2011 No. 4220-VI) such changes:

Part the fourth to state 1) in such edition:

"Reorganization (merge, accession, separation, allocation, transformation) of the state companies, affiliated enterprises of National joint stock company "Neftegaz of Ukraine" which carry out activities for transportation by bulk distribution lines and storage in underground gas storages and National joint stock company "Neftegaz of Ukraine" is performed according to the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine only with the purpose and on accomplishment of the obligations undertaken by Ukraine according to the Law of Ukraine "About ratification of the Protocol on accession of Ukraine to the Agreement on foundation of the Energy Commonwealth";

To add 2) after part four with three new parts of such content:

"Privatization of the state companies, affiliated enterprises of National joint stock company "Neftegaz of Ukraine" which carry out activities for transportation by bulk distribution lines and storage in underground gas storages of National joint stock company "Neftegaz of Ukraine", and also the companies, organizations, the organizations formed as a result of their reorganization is forbidden.
