1. Approve:
1) Rules of implementation by the organization specializing in improvement of quality of credit portfolios of banks of the second level, assessment and acquisition of doubtful and bad assets according to appendix 1 to this resolution;
2) Requirements to the acquired (acquired) doubtful and bad assets according to appendix 2 to this resolution.
2. Acquisition of doubtful and bad assets at banks of the second level by the organization specializing in improvement of quality of credit portfolios of banks of the second level is performed till December 31, 2013.
3. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
