1. Approve the enclosed rates of export customs duties on the copper refined, exported from the Russian Federation out of limits of the State Parties of agreements on the Customs union.

2. Exclude from rates of export customs duties on the goods exported from the Russian Federation out of limits of the State Parties of the agreements on the Customs union approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 6, 2012 N 88 (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, N 7, the Art. 869), the line item classified by the FEACN CU code 7403.

3. This resolution becomes effective since June 5, 2012.
