About approval of rates of export customs duties on the goods exported from the Russian Federation out of limits of the State Parties of agreements on the Customs union, and about recognition voided some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

For the purpose of reduction of acts of the Government of the Russian Federation on the questions connected with the description and coding of goods in compliance with requirements of the International convention about the Harmonized commodity description and coding system of June 14, 1983 and according to article 3 of the Law of the Russian Federation "About customs tariff" the Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed rates of export customs duties on the goods exported from the Russian Federation out of limits of gosudarstvuchastnik of agreements on the Customs union.

2. Recognize invalid acts of the Government of the Russian Federation according to the list according to appendix.

3. This resolution extends to the legal relationship which arose since January 1, 2012.
