About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About physical culture and sport"
Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of March 5, 2007 "About physical culture and sport" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2007, No. 3, the Art. 176) the following changes and amendments:

- in paragraph eight of the word "legal entities of different" shall be replaced with words "legal entities, irrespective of";
- add with paragraphs the fourteenth, fifteenth and sixteenth the following content:
"-authorized body in the field of physical culture and sport (further - authorized state body) - the central executive body of the government of the Republic of Tajikistan performing functions of public administration and coordination of activities in the field of physical culture and sport;
- national sports - historically developed component of physical culture in the form of competitive activities consisting of different types of physical exercises and specific national games with special rules and organizational methods of physical activity;
- the international sports competitions - competitions in different types of sport among athletes (teams) with participation of representatives at least five states;".
4. In Article 3:
- in paragraph one of the word of "local government bodies" shall be replaced with words "self-government institutions of settlements and villages";
