Item 5 of Rules of the direction of funds (part of means) of the maternity (family) capital for education by child(children) and implementation of other expenses connected with education by child(children) approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 24, 2007 N 926 (Russian Federation Code, 2007, N 53, Art. 6622), to state in the following edition:
"5. In case of the direction of funds for payment of the paid educational services provided by educational institution to the application for the order means enclose the copy of the contract for rendering paid educational services certified by the specified educational institution.".
