About modification and amendments in some orders of the Government

According to provisions of article 12 of the Law No. 847-XV of February 14, 2002 on compensation (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, No. 50-52, of the Art. 336), with subsequent changes and amendments, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 743 of June 11, 2002. "About compensation of employees of the self-supporting companies" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, No. 79-81, of the Art. 841), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

Item 3 in paragraph one:

"the guaranteed minimum size of the salary in the real sector or at the level not below" to exclude words;

add at the end with the offer of the following content:

"At the same time, the general size of the monthly salary of one worker estimated proceeding from tariff wage system cannot be below the guaranteed minimum size of the salary in the real sector established by the Government after consultations with social partners.";

in appendix No. 1, in item 4 of notes of the word "or the guaranteed minimum size of the salary in the real sector established by the order of the Government" to exclude.

2. In the Order of the Government No. 165 of March 9, 2010. "About the guaranteed minimum size of the salary in the real sector" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, No. 35, of the Art. 219), with subsequent amendments, to make the following changes:

in Item 1 of the word "February 1, 2010." shall be replaced with words "on May 1, 2012", and to replace figures of "6,51" and "1100", respectively, with figures of "7,70" and "1300";

exclude Item 2;
