1. Part 2 of the "Rules of provision of information and maintaining the state statistics of environmental protection" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of February 22, 2001 No. 40 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2001, No. 2, Article 118; 2005, No. 1, Article 49) to give in the following edition:
"2. The state committee of the Azerbaijan Republic according to the statistics establishes frequency, terms, amounts and form of the state statistical reporting represented to the fields of environmental protection by the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources.".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
