1. Approve the enclosed qualification requirements imposed to type of activity on development and realization (including other transfer) means of cryptographic information security.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 30, 2007 No. 1160 "About approval of Rules of licensing and the qualification requirements imposed to activities for development and realization (including other transfer) means of cryptographic information security" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2007, No. 45, the Art. 535).

3. This resolution becomes effective on the expiration of twenty one calendar days after the first official publication.
