About some questions of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of licensing

According to the subitem 3) of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 11, 2007 "About licensing" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Approve enclosed:

1) qualification requirements and the list of the documents confirming compliance to them for implementation of activities for development, production, repair and realization of the special technical means intended for conducting investigation and search operations;

2) qualification requirements and the list of the documents confirming compliance to them for implementation of activities for development and realization (including other transfer) means of cryptographic information security;

3) qualification requirements and the list of the documents confirming compliance to them for implementation of activities for rendering services in identification of technical channels of information leakage and the special technical means intended for conducting investigation and search operations.

2. Determine Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan by the licensor on activities implementation:

1) on development, production, repair and realization of the special technical means intended for conducting investigation and search operations;

2) on development and realization (including other transfer) means of cryptographic information security;

3) on rendering services in identification of technical channels of information leakage and the special technical means intended for conducting investigation and search operations.

3. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this resolution.

4. This resolution becomes effective after twenty one calendar days after the first official publication.
