About modification and amendments in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 26, 2010 No. 613

1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 26, 2010 No. 613 "About driving of heavyweight and (or) large-size vehicles through highways public" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2010, No. 288, 1/12130) the following changes and amendment:

Transport inspection of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus - in case of identification of exceeding of admissible weight and dimensional parameters at road check points through Frontier of the Republic of Belarus and on posts of weight and dimensional control on highways public.";

to state part one of Item 7 in the following edition:

"7. In case of establishment on posts of weight and dimensional control using the weight measuring equipment in the dynamic mode or in case of documentary control of exceeding of values of the weight and dimensional parameters declared by the owner (user) of the heavyweight and (or) large-size vehicle in case of receipt of special permission, the payment is subject to recalculation proceeding from the parameters set on posts of weight and dimensional control.".

2. This Decree becomes effective in ten days after its official publication.
