1. Approve Changes to the Regulations on order of registration of share issue of corporate investment fund approved by the decision of State commission on securities and the stock market of 21.12.2006 No. 1585, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 20.01.2007 for No. 46/13313 (in edition of the decision of State commission on securities and the stock market of 24.11.2009 No. 1477) (with changes) which are applied.
2. Cancel the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of 12.01.2012 No. 17 "About approval of Changes to Regulations on order of registration of share issue of corporate investment fund".
