About modification and amendments in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About state registration of legal entities, branches (representations)"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About state registration of legal entities, branches (representations)" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2009, No. 2, the Art. 130) the following changes and amendment:

in Article 11:

in part 1:

- in paragraph one of the word "in parts 4 and 4-1" shall be replaced with words "in parts 4 - 4-2";

- in the paragraph the second "registering body" shall be replaced with words words "the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic";

in the paragraph the second shall be replaced with words parts 3 of the word "in parts 4 and 4-1" "in parts 4 - 4-2";

add Article with part 4-2 following of content:

"4-2. In case of state registration of state bodies and local government bodies the applicant represents to registering body:

- the registration statement in the form approved by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- the legal act based on which the state body or local government body is created;

- regulations (charter) on state body or local government body in duplicate;

- the legal act about appointment or election of the head.".

Article 2. To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic in three-months time to bring the decisions into accord with this Law.

This Law becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of official publication.
