About entering of amendment into the Regulations on procedure and conditions of calculation of years of service of public service

1. Item 8 of the Regulations on procedure and conditions of calculation of the years of service of public service approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 13, 1997 No. 471 (Collection of decrees, presidential decrees and orders of the Government of the Republic of Belarus, 1997, No. 14, Art. 521; The National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2004, No. 4, 5/13638) to add with subitem 8.21 of the following content:
"8.21. work in the Secretariat of Court of Eurasian economic community on the positions which are not connected with its maintenance and ensuring activities;".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
