Based on the decision of the budget commission the central authorized body on budgetary planning or local authorized body on state planning is developed by the draft of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan or local executive body on increase in annual plan assignments of the appropriate budget programs at the expense of remaining balance of budgetary funds and bring it in accordance with the established procedure in the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan or akimat of the relevant local executive body.
