About modification of some legal acts

Art. I. - In the Tax code No. 1163-XIII of April 24, 1997 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, special release of February 8, 2007), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:

1. In the subparagraph the fifth Item b) Article 96 of the word "being result of the activities performed according to the Qualifier of types of economic activity of Moldova (KEDM), the Section A, subsection 01, of group 01.1-01.3; 05," to exclude the Section B, subsection.

2. The last subparagraph of part (Article 97 to state 4) in the following edition:

"-to the deliveries of self-produced products of crop production and gardening in the natural form and self-produced products of livestock production in the natural form, live and lethal weight performed by business entities - agricultural producers.".

Art. II. - In column of 3rd goods item 2309 90 appendices 1 to the Law on customs tariff No. 1380-XIII of November 20, 1997 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, special release of January 1, 2007), with subsequent changes to replace figures "10" with figure "0".

Art. III. - This law becomes effective from the date of publication, except for Item 1 of article I which becomes effective since January 13, 2012.
