Article 11.26 to state 1) in the following edition:
"Article 11.26. Illegal use of the vehicles registered in other states for transportation of goods and (or) passengers
Use of the vehicles belonging to foreign carriers for transportation of goods and (or) passengers between the Items located in the territory of the Russian Federation
attracts imposing of administrative penalty on the driver of the vehicle at the rate from four thousand to five thousand rubles; on officials - from forty thousand to fifty thousand rubles; on legal entities - from four hundred thousand to five hundred thousand rubles.";
Article 11.29 to state 2) in the following edition:
"Article 11.29. Implementation of the international motor transportations without permissions
1. Implementation of the international motor transportations without permissions if such permissions are obligatory, except as specified, provided by part 2 of this Article, attracts imposing of administrative penalty on the driver of the vehicle at the rate from three thousand to four thousand rubles; on officials - from thirty thousand to forty thousand rubles; on legal entities - from three hundred thousand to four hundred thousand rubles.
