1. Bring in the Rules of implementation of retail trade on samples approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 15, 2009 No. 31 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 18, 5/29135), the following amendments and change:
1.1. add Item 2 with the paragraph the fifth the following content:
"remote money transfer - calculations in cash or non-cash form by means of the automated information system of single settlement and information space (AIS "Calculation"), mobile and Internet banking, with use of bank plastic cards, through cash desks of banks and objects of mail service, cash on delivery on delivery goods by mail, by means of other payments which provide receipt of funds for payment of goods on the settlement account of the seller.";
1.2. state Item 8 in the following edition:
"8. In case of trade on samples out of the shopping facility information provided in Item 7 of these rules shall be brought to the attention of the buyer in catalogs, prospectuses, advertizing, booklets or to be provided in photos or other information sources.
In case of trade on samples through online store information:
specified in part one of this Item, and also registration date of Internet shop in the Trade register of the Republic of Belarus is placed on the homepage of the website of online store;
about the documents confirming the fact of purchase of goods which the seller shall issue to the buyer together with goods samples of such documents and procedure for their registration are posted on the website of online store.";
