In the Law on social protection of the citizens who were injured owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash No. 909-XII of January 30, 1992 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, No. 80-82, of the Art. 413), with subsequent changes to make the following additions:
1. 13) parts one of Article 7 to add Item with the offer: ". Compensation is indexed annually since April 1 by the order of the Government taking into account growth of consumer price index for previous year;".
2. In part four of Article 9 of the word "for previous year." shall be replaced with words "in the year preceding year of death.".
3. Article 22 after the word "Action" to add with words "Item 13) Articles 7,".
