- the scheme of management of Department of external migration under the Ministry of Labour, migration and youth of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 2.
3. Establish the extreme number of staff of Department of external migration under the Ministry of Labour, migration and youth of the Kyrgyz Republic:
- central office of Department of external migration under the Ministry of Labour, migration and youth of the Kyrgyz Republic - 18 people;
- territorial authorities - 11 people.
4. Determine that the Department of external migration under the Ministry of Labour, migration and youth of the Kyrgyz Republic is subordinated body of the Ministry of Labour, migration and youth of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning external migration, including work with foreign citizens in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic and citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic abroad.
