About modification of Item 22 of the List of the types of activity and objects constituting the increased ecological danger

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Make change to Item 22 of the List of the types of activity and objects constituting the increased ecological danger, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of July 27, 1995 N 554 (ZP of Ukraine, 1995, N 10, Art. 252; The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2001, N 7, to the Art. 280), having stated it in the following edition:

"22. Construction projects of the objects belonging to the IV-V category of complexity".

2. This resolution becomes effective along with parts two - the fifth article 31 of the Law of Ukraine "On regulation of town-planning activities".
