Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 26, 1997 No. 1069 "About approval of the Procedure for maintaining the State ship register of Ukraine and the Ship book of Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1997, number 40, page 24; 1999, No. 13, Art. 519; 2004, No. 30, Art. 2016; 2006, No. 10, Art. 621; 2008, No. 82, Art. 2759; 2011, No. 61, the Art. 2435, No. 93, the Art. 3374) and of June 8, 1998 No. 814 "About enhancement of technical, classification and navigable supervision on sea and river transport" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1998, No. 23, Art. 829; 1999, No. 13, Art. 519; 2007, No. 88, Art. 3221; 2009, No. 92, the Art. 3111) changes which are applied.

1. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 26, 1997 No. 1069:
1) in Item 2 of the resolution of the word "Ministry of Transport and Communications" shall be replaced with words "The ministry of infrastructure";
2) according to the procedure of maintaining the State ship register of Ukraine and the Ship book of Ukraine, approved by the specified resolution:
in item 4:
the paragraph one to state in such edition:
"4. The common directorship and control of carrying out state registration of courts (except fishing) is exercised by the Ministry of Infrastructure".;
exclude paragraph two;
in Items 22 and 40 of the word of "The main thing of the state registrar of the fleet" shall be replaced with words "Chairman Ukrmorrechinspektion";
