About modification of the Presidential decree of Ukraine of August 2, 2000 No. 945
1. Bring in the Presidential decree of Ukraine of August 2, 2000 No. 945 "About grants of the President of Ukraine for gifted youth" (with the changes made by Decrees of December 24, 2002 No. 1212, of July 6, 2004 No. 754, of February 20, 2006 No. 146 and of May 23, 2008 No. 476) such changes:
To "The ministry of Ukraine for family, youth and sport" shall be replaced with words 1) in Article 3 of the word to "Public service of youth and sport of Ukraine";
2) in the Regulations on grants of the President of Ukraine for gifted youth approved by the mentioned Decree:
a) in Item 2 of the word and figures "aged up to 35 years" shall be replaced with words also in figures "aged from 14 up to 35 years";
b) in Item 3:
in paragraph one of the word "in the Ministry of Ukraine for family, youth and sport (further-the Ministry)" shall be replaced with words "in Public service of youth and sport of Ukraine (Gosmolodezhsport of Ukraine)";
to state the paragraph of the seventh in such edition:
"The form of the specified documents is developed by Gosmolodezhsport of Ukraine and affirms the Ministry of Education and Science, youth and sport of Ukraine (further - the Ministry)";
add Item after the paragraph of the seventh with the new paragraph of such content:
"The request and necessary documents are filed to Gosmolodezhsport of Ukraine through structural division which is responsible for realization of the state youth policy, the Ministry of Education and Science, youth and sport of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the regional, Kiev, Sevastopol city public administrations (further - structural division) in place of registration of the place of residence or stay of the applicant".
