About grants of the President of Ukraine for youth from small territorial communities

For the purpose of assistance to development of youth in Ukraine, I decide supports of youth initiatives of implementation of socially important projects directed to involvement of youth to active participation in protection and development of the democratic and economically developed state:

1. Found since 2026 annual grants of the President of Ukraine which are provided to young faces from territorial communities with total number less than 5 thousand inhabitants (further - small territorial communities), for support of youth initiatives of implementation of socially important projects.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to develop Regulations on grants of the President of Ukraine for youth from small territorial communities, having provided grants at the rate to 200 thousand hryvnias everyone and to provide in accordance with the established procedure expenses on their financing at the expense of the government budget of Ukraine.

3. Recognize invalid:

1) the Presidential decree of Ukraine of August 2, 2000 No. 945/2000 "About grants of the President of Ukraine for gifted youth";

2) the Presidential decree of Ukraine of December 24, 2002 No. 1212/2002 "About modification of the Presidential decree of Ukraine of August 2, 2000 No. 945";

3) the Presidential decree of Ukraine of July 6, 2004 No. 754/2004 "About modification of the Presidential decree of Ukraine of August 2, 2000 No. 945";

4) the Presidential decree of Ukraine of February 20, 2006 No. 146/2006 "About modification of the Presidential decree of Ukraine of August 2, 2000 No. 945";

5) the Presidential decree of Ukraine of May 23, 2008 No. 476/2008 "About modification of the Regulations on grants of the President of Ukraine for gifted youth";

6) the Presidential decree of Ukraine of February 15, 2012 No. 97/2012 "About modification of the Presidential decree of Ukraine of August 2, 2000 No. 945";

7) Item 2 of Article 1 of the Presidential decree of Ukraine of July 12, 2013 No. 377/2013 "About modification of some presidential decrees of Ukraine".

4. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its publication.
