About structure of Academy of public management in case of the President of the Republic of Moldova
Based on Item j) Articles 88, parts (1) article 94 of the Constitution of the Republic of Moldova and for the purpose of optimization of structure and increase in efficiency of activities of divisions of Academy of public management in case of the President of the Republic of Moldova
The president of the Republic of Moldova decides:
Art. 1. - Approve structure and numerical structure of Academy of public management in case of the President of the Republic of Moldova in number of 53 units (except for teaching and service personnel) according to appendix to this decree.
Art. 2. - Declare invalid the Presidential decree of the Republic of Moldova No. 518-V of August 26, 2010.
