About modification of Rules of transportation of goods by road transport

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of transportation of goods by road transport approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 15, 2011 N 272 (The Russian Federation Code, 2011, N 17, by the Art. 2407).

Changes which are made to Rules of transportation of goods by road transport

1. The fourth Item 5 to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"cargo piece" - the material object accepted for transportation;".

2. In Item 9:

a) state paragraph two in the following edition:

"The way bill is signed by the consignor and carrier or their authorized persons.";

b) in paragraph three:

exclude the words "and seals";

after the word of "carrier" to add with the words "or their authorized persons".

3. In Item 24 of the word of "the agreement of chartering" shall be replaced with words "the agreement of chartering".

4. In the subitem "an" of Item 30 of the word "and packaging" shall be replaced with words ", packaging and container".

5. The appendix N 2 to the specified Rules to state in the following edition:
