Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 1, 2006 N 54 "About the state construction supervision in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2006, N 7, by Art. 774; 2008, N 8, Art. 744; 2009, N 11, Art. 1304; 2011, N 7, Art. 979; N 18, of the Art. 2645).

1. In Item 2:
the paragraph one after the word "implementation" to add with the word of "federal";
in the paragraph the second words", capital repairs" to exclude.

3. In Regulations on the implementation of the state construction supervision in the Russian Federation approved by the specified resolution:
