1. Approve enclosed:

general requirements to the organization and implementation of regional state construction supervision;

2. Determine that:

a) The Federal Service for Environmental, Technological and Nuclear Supervision will organize scientific and methodical ensuring regional state construction supervision;

b) Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation:

establishes structure and procedure for maintaining executive documentation, form and procedure for maintaining the general magazine in which it is recorded performance of works;

approves requirements to format of the documents used when implementing regional state construction supervision and constituted electronically;

c) before the expiration established by parts 9 and 9.1 of article 98 of the Federal law "About the State Control (Supervision) and Municipal Control in the Russian Federation", informing controlled person on the actions made by officials of body of regional state construction supervision and other authorized persons and the made decisions, the direction of documents and data to controlled person by body of regional state construction supervision according to article 21 of the specified Federal Law can be performed including on paper with use of mail service in case of impossibility of informing controlled person electronically or at the request of controlled person. The specified documents and data can be constituted and be signed on paper;

d) according to Item 1 of part 1 of article 17 of the Federal law "About Modification of Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation concerning the Prevention and Liquidation of Emergency Situations" the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation in coordination with Federal Service for Environmental, Technological and Nuclear Supervision approves document forms, used by bodies of regional state construction supervision when implementing regional state construction supervision.

3. Recognize voided since January 1, 2022:

the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 1, 2006 No. 54 "About the state construction supervision in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2006, No. 7, the Art. 774);
