About modification and amendments in Rules of rendering services of telecommunication

Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Rules of rendering services of telecommunication approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 17, 2006 No. 1055 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 160, 5/22959; 2009, No. 136, 5/29839), following changes and amendments:

1.1. in Item 3:

1.1.1. the fourth to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"subscription payment - monthly payment of the subscriber which size for certain (settlement) period is the constant which is not depending on amount of actually received telecommunication services;";

1.1.2. after the paragraph of the fifteenth to add Item with paragraphs of the following content:

"the operator of cellular mobile telecommunication - the legal entity or the individual entrepreneur rendering services of cellular mobile telecommunication based on special permission (license) for activities in the field of communication;

the donor operator - the operator of cellular mobile telecommunication in whose network the subscriber before transfer of subscriber number (numbers) of cellular mobile telecommunication is serviced;

the operator recipient - the operator of cellular mobile telecommunication in whose network the subscriber after transfer of subscriber number (numbers) of cellular mobile telecommunication is serviced;";

to consider paragraphs of the sixteenth-forty eighth respectively paragraphs the nineteenth-fifty first;

1.1.3. in the paragraph the thirty seventh shall be replaced with words words of "help nature" "reference nature";
