About modification and amendments in the Instruction about procedure for filling of the cargo customs declaration
According to the Customs code of the Republic of Uzbekistan (The sheet of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 1998, N 2, the Art. 36), article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About the State Customs Service" (Sheets of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 1997, N 9, the Art. 230), resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of August 10, 2011 N PP-1595 "About measures for further enhancement and increase in efficiency of activities of bodies of the State Customs Service", of August 25, 2011 N PP-1604 "About measures for elimination of bureaucratic barriers and further increase in freedom of business activity" (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2011, N 34-35, Art. 345), resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of October 20, 2011 N 284 "About modification and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan" (the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of August 25, 2011 N PP-1604 "About measures for elimination of bureaucratic barriers and further increase in freedom of business activity") (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2011, N 42, the Art. 455), of December 12, 2011 N 324 "About implementation of measures for enhancement of import of separate groups of consumer goods to the Republic of Uzbekistan" (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2011, N 50, of the Art. 514), the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan decides:
1. Make changes and additions to the Instruction about procedure for filling of the cargo customs declaration approved by the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on September 24, 1999 (рег. N 834 of November 3, 1999) (The bulletin of regulations of the ministries, state committees and departments of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 1999, N 12), according to appendix.
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

to the Resolution of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan of January 6, 2012 No. 01-02/15-1
1. Add Item 1.10 with the paragraph of the following content:
"The delivered consumer goods which are not intended for own needs and classified by the same Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity code but having different names, trademarks, brands, models and technical characteristics are declared as different goods with use of additional sheets".
2. In Item 3.3:
a) add columns 18 and 21 with the paragraph of the following content:
"If vehicles belong to several countries, in the left subsection of the column the number of vehicles is put down, further after gap the reference "see on the back" is made, in the right subsection of the column the 999 code is specified. On the back GTD are specified numbers of vehicles and after hyphen country code which possesses the vehicle";
b) in the column C:
state paragraph two in the following edition:
"1 - The identification contract number assigned by authorized bank or the exchange (fair)";
the fourth to add the paragraph with the offer of the following content:
"In case of registration of contracts directly on customs posts, in post seal where registration is performed, the sequence number of post, according to its code is also designated";
add with paragraphs the twelfth and thirteenth the following content:
"EK-TY N 2/00001 of 01.10.11 - means the export contract is registered on customs post of "Toshkent yuk of saroya" of foreign trade activities (post code on the qualifier of customs posts 26002) UGTK across Tashkent at number 2/00001 of 01.10.11.
EK-TBN N 20/00001 of 01.10.11 - means the export contract Keles of foreign trade activities is registered on customs post (post code on the qualifier of customs posts 26020) UGTK on the Tashkent region at number 20/00001 of 01.10.11";
the eleventh to consider the paragraph the paragraph the fourteenth.
3. In Item 5.5:
the fifth to exclude the paragraph;
