About modification of the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of September 10, 2005 No. 1062 "Questions of military and technical cooperation of the Russian Federation with foreign states" and in the Provisions approved by this Decree

1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of September 10, 2005 No. 1062 "Questions of military and technical cooperation of the Russian Federation with foreign states" (The Russian Federation Code, 2005, No. 38, Art. 3800; 2007, No. 52, Art. 6425; 2008, No. 49, Art. 5764; No. 50, Art. 5901; 2009, No. 42, Art. 4917; No. 50, Art. 6074; 2011, No. 21, Art. 2925; No. 31, the Art. 4708) (appendix) and in the provisions approved by this Decree, the following changes:

a) in Item 6 of appendix to the Decree of the word shall be replaced with words "Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation" "Federal Service for Intellectual Property";

b) in Regulations on procedure for provision to the Russian organizations of the right to implementation of foreign trade activity concerning military products:

in Item 10 of the word "Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation" to exclude, after words "Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation", to add with words "Federal Service for Intellectual Property";

in the subitem "zh" of Item 12 of the word "The Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation" shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation and Federal Service for Intellectual Property";

in appendix to the Provision:

in Item 13 of the word "Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation" shall be replaced with words "Federal Service for Intellectual Property";
