3. To legal department of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Besbalayev K. B.) provide in the procedure established by the legislation official publication of this order in mass media after its state registration.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the Vice-Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan Bayzhunusov E. A.
5. This order becomes effective after its first official publication since January 30, 2012.
