1. Delegate powers according to Budget classification to the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2. To the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic in three-day time to approve new edition of Budget classification according to the established procedures.
3. Recognize invalid:
- the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About Budget classification" of December 18, 2009 No. 768;
- Item 6 of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About transformation of the State company "Kyrgyzavtozholdoru" under the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic in Department of road economy under the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic" of September 30, 2010 No. 188.
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of financial and credit policy of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
