About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the border service of the Kyrgyz Republic"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the border service of the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1999, No. 7, the Art. 368) the following changes:
1. In Article 11:
in the paragraph the second shall be replaced with words the words "make examination of vehicles and the loads transported on them and other property" "exercise border control according to the legislation on frontier of the Kyrgyz Republic";
the eleventh and twelfth to state paragraphs in the following edition:
"-for the purpose of execution of the tasks provided by paragraphs to the seventh and eighth part one of article 4 of this Law to perform together with customs authorities examination of vehicles, goods, loads, property and other objects at persons following through check points on frontier;
- in accordance with the established procedure to withdraw and transfer to customs and other authorities of the Kyrgyz Republic the objects transported through frontier of the Kyrgyz Republic prohibited to export from the Kyrgyz Republic or to import to the Kyrgyz Republic, and also smuggling objects;".
2. The fifth Article 12 to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"-exercise border control according to the legislation on frontier of the Kyrgyz Republic;".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic in two-month time to bring the decisions into accord with this Law.
