1. Ceased to be valid according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 15.12.2017 No. UP-5286
2. In the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of September 19, 2007 No. UP-3923 "About the Main Directions of Further Deepening of Reforms and Implementation of the State Program of Development of Health Care":
a) in Item 7:
shall be replaced with words the words "for a period of 5 years" "till January 1, 2018";
b) state Item 8 in the following edition:
"8. Exempt for up to January 1, 2018 from customs payments (except for charges for customs clearance) the imported new medical equipments, components, spare parts and consumable materials to the medical equipment according to the list approved by the Cabinet of Ministers".
