About additional measures for stimulation of export and providing competitiveness of domestic goods in the foreign markets

For the purpose of further liberalization of foreign economic activity and stimulation of increase in export of products made by the companies of the republic:

1. Approve lists:

the objects prohibited to import (import) to the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2.

2. Determine that in the Republic of Uzbekistan:

are cancelled export licensing of goods, except for specific goods, stipulated by the legislation;

it is authorized to the companies of all patterns of ownership exporting own products to open abroad trading houses and representations for marketing researches of the foreign markets and advertizing of own products, with delivery of goods for them on a consignment basis, except cases, stipulated by the legislation.

3. Make changes to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 3.

4. Recognize invalid some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 4.

5. To the Ministry of Foreign Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan and other interested ministries and departments to make in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan offers on the changes and amendments in the legislation following from this Decree in a month.

6. To the ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this Decree.

7. To impose control of execution of this Decree on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan - the Minister of Finance D. A. Kuchkarov, the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan - the chairman of the board of JSC Uzagrotekhsanoatholding N. S. Otazhonov and the Foreign Trade Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Zh. A. Hodzhayev.

1. In the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 27, 2016 No. PP-2699 "About the forecast of the main macroeconomic indicators and parameters of the Government budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2017":

a) the paragraph one of line item of the 5th column "Payers" of appendix No. 8 to state in the following edition:

"For the export companies, which have share of commodity export, works, services (irrespective of the place of performance of works, rendering services) which owners they are, for freely convertible currency, except for primary goods which list is approved by the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of November 3, 2017 No. PP-3351, constitutes";

b) the paragraph one of line item of the 8th column "Payers" of appendix No. 10-1 to state in the following edition:

"For legal entities, which have share of commodity export, works, services (irrespective of the place of performance of works and rendering services) which owners they are, for freely convertible currency, except for primary goods which list is approved by the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of November 3, 2017 No. PP-3351, constitutes ***";

c) the paragraph one of line item to state 2 columns "Payers" of appendix No. 18 in the following edition:

"For the export companies, which have share of commodity export, works, services (irrespective of the place of performance of works, rendering services) which owners they are, for freely convertible currency, except for primary goods which list is approved by the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of November 3, 2017 No. PP-3351, constitutes *".

2. In appendix to the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of November 3, 2017 No. PP-3351 "About measures for further liberalization of foreign trade activity and support of subjects of entrepreneurship":

a) in the name of the word "Inventory" shall be replaced with words "The list of primary goods;
