to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 13, 2011 No. 328
1. Item 21 of the Regulations on evaluation procedure and realization of property of the restructured companies, and also companies to which insolvency proceedings are applied, the Cabinet of Ministers approved by the resolution of April 18, 2003 No. 188 (joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2003, No. 4, Art. 31), to state in the following edition:
"21. If during liquidating production the property of the company is not realized based on the purchase and sale agreement within three months after carrying out the last public biddings, the further order property of the company is performed by the judicial managing director according to the procedure, provided by articles 142-1 and 143 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About bankruptcy".
