About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning powers of Central Election Commission

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1) in the Law of Ukraine "About Central Election Commission" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2004, No. 36, the Art. 448):

a) in Article 26:

in part two:

in Item 1 of the word "its Secretariat" shall be replaced with words "The secretariat of the Commission, Service of the manager of the State register of voters";

in Item 7 of the word "Secretariat of the Commission, It" shall be replaced with words "The secretariat of the Commission, Service of the manager of the State register of voters, them";

in Item 8 of the word of "the head of the Secretariat of the Commission" and "the Secretariat of the Commission" to replace respectively with words of "heads of the Secretariat of the Commission, Service of the manager of the State register of voters" and "The secretariat of the Commission, Service of the manager of the State register of voters";

in parts three and the fourth shall be replaced with words the words "and its Secretariat" "The secretariat of the Commission, Service of the manager of the State register of voters";

b) 7 parts two of Article 29 to add Item with the words "Services of the Manager of the State Register of Voters";

2) part the second article 14 of the Law of Ukraine "About the State register of voters" (2011, No. 5, the Art. 34) after Item 2 to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with new Item of such content:

"3) provides purchase of goods, works and services for functioning of information and telecommunication system of the Register".

With respect thereto to consider Items 3-7 respectively Items 4-8.

2. This Law becomes effective from the day following behind day of its publication.
