About modification and amendments in the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of January 19, 2009 No. 4 and recognition of the voided resolution of Committee on archives and clerical work under Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 23, 2005 No. 6
Based on Item 11 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1605, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the Instruction on clerical work in state bodies and the organizations of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of January 19, 2009 No. 4 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 42, 8/20434), the following changes and amendments:
in part two of Item 3 of the word "and the legal entities and documents connected with their consideration, statements" shall be replaced with words ", including individual entrepreneurs, and the legal entities and documents connected with their consideration, the statements interested";
"citizens" to add Item 13 part one after the word with words ", including individual entrepreneurs,";
in part one of Item 23 of the word of "The state committee of the Republic of Belarus on standardization, metrology and certification" shall be replaced with words "Committee on standardization, metrology and certification under Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus";
in Item 51:
in part two of the word "and individuals" shall be replaced with words "persons, citizens, including individual entrepreneurs";
the nineteenth to state part in the following edition:
