About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine
According to Articles 15, 25, 73 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of effective use of monetary instruments of regulation of liquidity of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES: banks
1. In paragraphs one and pole of Item 5.3 of Chapter 5 of the Regulations on provision of stabilization loans by the National Bank of Ukraine to banks of Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 13.07.2010 No. 327, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 19.07.2010 for No. 540/17835 (with changes), "correspondent account of bank and its branches which work in SEP on separate correspondent accounts" shall be replaced with words words "bank accounts".
2. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 17.09.2015 No. 615
3. To general department of monetary policy (Scherbakova O. A.) after state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to bring contents of this resolution to permission of territorial administrations of the National Bank of Ukraine and banks of Ukraine for use in work.
4. The resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
